The U11 Sports Hall athletes had a very tense and exciting morning at Castle Leisure on Tuesday when they competed in the Bury Schools’ Indoor Athletics competition. Many of our pupils performed their own personal best times and distances and we were thrilled to finish the morning in first place! In the afternoon, there was a second competition with a further 12 schools participating. Mrs Procter was thrilled to receive an email in the evening from the Schools Games Organiser to inform us that we had won the event overall, coming first out of 23 schools!! We now look forward to representing our area in the Greater Manchester finals!!
