The Year 5/6 swim team had a great morning at the Bury Schools' Annual Swimming Gala today.

Each pupil had an individual 25m race and 3 relays.

All of our swimmers performed well in their individual events, with Oliver and Freddie securing first places.

The relays were exceptionally exciting and close fought battles and our girls and boys worked to their max with quick changeovers and all finished 4th place.

The final event was called a cannonball relay and we secured 2nd place.

We finished the overall event in 8th place.

Well done to all of the swimmers for representing BGS so wonderfully!
