Congratulations to the boys and girls who competed at Longford Park today. The whole team worked exceptionally well throughout the day, many of the girls and boys beating personal best times and distances. The boys enjoyed particular success with Freddie W finishing overall 4th in the U11 Boys 80m, the boys relay team of Theo D, Alexander N, Rooco K and Freddie W secured bronze in the U11 Boys Relay and Alexander N won silver in the U11 Boys 150m!
